Work & Career Based Learning
 Youth Apprenticeship 

Youth Apprenticeship (YA) is a 1 or 2-year program that gives juniors and seniors in high school the chance to explore a career area of interest. Students spend part of their school-day earning credit and wages while they gain valuable industry experience under the guidance of a local business mentor. The Menasha Joint School District is a part of the InspireWi.org network; a group of businesses and industry leaders who are actively seeking to connect with students in a wide range of career pathways. They have both in-person and virtual options, as well as a large library of previously recorded videos from speakers in various careers.  This is a great place to start learning about career options for your future!
